I shot, edited, and produced each of the following videos. Unfortunately, at the time they were shot, the Philadelphia Weekly web team was limited to a simple ‘point-and-shoot’ camera and iMovie.

Giovanni’s Room

Giovanni’s Room is the oldest LGBTQ bookstore in the Country. In 2009 a large crack formed in the foundation of the building. The store ran a series of fundraisers to help finance the repairs.

One Step Away

One Step Away is a newspaper focusing on social justice in Philadelphia, written and distributed by some of Philadelphia’s homeless.

The following video was one in a series accompanying Philadelphia Weekly’s “Top 15 Drinks in Philly“. Though many of the videos seem to have been removed since new owners have taken over the paper, this video still remains.
